Your role
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across all our platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content (posts, videos, photos) that highlights company milestones like partnerships, clinical research, product launches, and awards, while also showcasing behind-the-scenes and internal events to enhance employer branding.
- Event Coverage: Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to provide timely social media updates and live coverage from international conferences and trade shows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive and compelling social media campaigns that support our marketing strategy
- Community Engagement: Grow and manage our online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and driving meaningful discussions.
- Multimedia Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content and photos that can be used across social media platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor our social media performance and provide regular reports to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with the People team to create content that promotes our employer brand, attracting top talent by showcasing our culture, values, and achievements.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
