Your role
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of our attendance at international events, managing logistics, vendor communication, and client interaction.
- Event Setup: Oversee booth setup and breakdown with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Materials and Inventory Management: Prepare and manage event materials like banners, brochures, and promotional items.
- Guest and Attendee Management: Handle guest lists, registration, and track RSVPs.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to confirm bookings and resolve any issues that arise during event coordination.
- Budgeting: Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
- On-site Support: Provide on-site assistance to ensure events run smoothly.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and help prepare post-event reports for evaluation.
