What you'll do

Your role

• Work closely with our General Counsel to ensure legal compliance across all company operations and to improve our legal operations
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements
• Manage your assigned legal projects independently
• Liaise with regulatory team and support adherence to regulations
• Assist with corporate governance and corporate transactions, our IP agenda, data privacy and security regulations
• Work on the development and maintenance of corporate policies and conduct legal training for staff
• Liaise with outside counsels locally and abroad

What you need

Your profile

• Law degree, Masters in law or Juris doctor
• 2+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house legal experience
• Strong working knowledge of various legal areas, broader focus and experience are  appreciated
• Knowledge of / experience in personal data protection
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Slovak
• Have a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving and be able to effectively counsel business teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice
• Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing
• Bonus points for working with technology companies/clients, in a fast-growing international organization or with medtech / biotech companies
