About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Office Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Bratislava office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Office & Community Manager and help make sure everything in the office functions smoothly behind the scenes.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical tasks, likes being helpful, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running well. From handling office supplies and kitchen upkeep to picking up packages and helping with ad hoc errands, you’ll be an important helping hand for our team.
You’ll also provide practical support to our Leadership team with various day-to-day tasks, helping things run smoothly across the office.
Your Role
- Support the daily running of our Bratislava HQ: Help keep the office organized, functional, and pleasant for everyone
- Handle office-related errands: Pick up packages, collect orders, and take care of occasional ad hoc tasks outside the office
- Drive when needed: Use a car for occasional office-related tasks and errands
- Oversee office supplies: Monitor stock levels and help ensure the office is always well supplied
- Coordinate basic office maintenance: Communicate with the building management regarding repairs, maintenance needs, and other practical issues
- Support the Office & Community Manager and Leadership team: Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Help with simple event or office preparations: Support with setup, shopping, deliveries, and other practical help when needed
